6 Month Warranty

All Paparazzo products come with a 6-month warranty. To claim, please contact us at support@heypaparazzo.com.

✓ Our warranty guarantees that all items will be free from material and engineering defects and work as advertised.
✓ A defect is defined as an imperfection or flaw produced during manufacturing, including surface defects and wireless charging functionality.

Exclusions

✖︎ The warranty does not extend to damage from abuse or on purpose, normal wear and tear, alterations, or misuse, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality (such as scratches or fading logos).
✖︎ The warranty is non-transferable and only covers the original end-user purchaser. Paparazzo will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from our official store.

How to Claim

➤ Customers must provide a valid order number and matching email address to make a claim.
➤ Customers will be required to send video evidence of the defect in order to make a claim.
➤ A replacement product or a similar product (if the previous version has been discontinued) will be sent once the warranty claim has been accepted.

Extended warranties are available for US customers on the cart page through our partner Clyde. 

➤ Does the remote come with batteries?
✔︎ Yes, it does. The life span of the battery is approx 1 year depending on usage and can easily be replaced.

➤ Does the Bluetooth remote activate selfie and video modes?
✔︎ Yes, Poppy will activate the shutter setting on your phone. This could be photo, video, or the different photo settings, like the selfie timer, burst, or portrait mode.

➤ Can the remote be used for applications such as TikTok or Instagram?
✔︎ No, it can only be used with your native camera application on Andriod or IOS.

➤ How do you use Poppy?
✔︎ Using Poppy our Bluetooth Camera Shutter Remote is very easy. You just need to pair Poppy with your device and it's ready to use after.

1. Turn on Poppy. The LED indicator will blink indicating it's ready to pair.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile phone.
3. Select "AB Shutter 3" from the list to confirm pairing.
4. Poppy is compatible with your mobile phone native camera app. To take a photo or start video, just press button. Press again to stop recording, if you are in video mode.
