Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 4 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. 

90-Day Easy Returns

We love our products and we are sure you will too. That is why we offer  90-day FREE returns for EU countries (listed below). If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact our support team and we will put it right until you are 100% satisfied.

  • You may return your items within 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, if the product has no manufacturing defect, is in brand new condition, and has all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.
  • Only products purchased from the official Paparazzo Shop (www.heypaparazzo.com) for your own use and not resale purposes can be returned.
  • If you purchased one of our bundles, you may return the whole pack or some items. Any refund will be pro-rated for that product's price in the bundle. Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Any original shipping fees or customs fees are non-refundable.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address or phone number).
  • Any re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.


How do I return my items?


Free Returns Process - See countries below

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungry, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lituania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

  1. To begin your return request, please email support@heypaparazzo, with the reason for the return.
  2. You will need your 4-digit order number and the zip/postal code of your shipping address, which can be found in your order confirmation email.  
  3. Once the return is confirmed, you will receive a free returns label with instructions.  
  4. All returns must include a printed copy of the Order Confirmation email in the shipment to ensure the return is properly received once it is delivered. If you are unable to locate your order confirmation or the order number and zip code, please reach out to us directly at support@heypaparazzo with the email address you placed the order under and we’ll be happy to provide that info.

Other European Countries

We require the return shipping fees to be covered by the customer, back to one of our EU or UK locations due to a change of mind.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@heypaparazzo.com with your original order confirmation. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Products with missing packaging, missing accessories, free accessories, warranty cards, instruction manuals, package wrapping, or damaged/missing UPC codes. 
  • Overly used or damaged products. Overly used or damaged products that are returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 
  • Gift cards – due to change of mind. 

Damaged, Defective and Incorrect Received Items

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.

Contact us within 2 calendar daysof receiving your order and we will provide a replacement or refund as preferred. 

We will ask you to provide video or photo proof clearly showing the fault/defect.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Restocking Fee

If the return conditions listed above are not met or non-returnable items are returned, Paparazzo reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a 10% restocking/ disposal fee of the item purchase price. 

*There is no restocking fee if the product is unopened or the item appears in brand-new condition. This includes products and accessories.
