Express Tracked Shipping
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide express tracked shipping to Europe.
Free express tracked shipping on all orders over €100 | £90 | $180 AUD | $130 USD.
All other orders will be charged a flat fee of €7.99 | £7.00 | $8.99 AUD | $7.99 USD.
Expedited Premium Express Tracked Shipping
We now offer faster premium 1st class shipping in the following locations for an additional fee.
United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Lost/ Missing Packages
Paparazzo is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility for the original order made for you at no charge.
Some local couriers require re-delivery fees. If such an instance occurs this will be the responsibility of the customer.
US Tariff & Custom Fees Included
We pay these upfront to our shipping partners & provide all the required paperwork. There will be no additional fees to pay at customs & hopefully no delays. Should you receive any questions or emails regarding your package, please contact us.
European VAT Included
UK: VAT is charged at the Point of Sale (included in the price) and paid by us.
EU: We pay the VAT / Customs fee upfront on your behalf to our fulfilment partner. All packages will arrive without extra VAT fees.
Shipping Times
Shipping to Europe, Australia & USA takes approximately 5-12 days.
*This doesn’t include our 24-48hr processing time.
**All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. Some delays like COVID restrictions are beyond our control and have been changing constantly around the world, we ask for your patience if delays out of our control occur. If you live in a remote area, eg Islands, shipping may take longer than the estimated times.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track your package every step of the way.
My Tracking Says "No information available at the moment."
It takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system for some shipping companies. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. This is because some products require special shipping lines due to batteries or due to size. You will receive more than 1 tracking number for your order if it is shipped separately.
